3 - LAYER MELTBLOWN MEDICAL MASK - LEVEL 3



Following ASTM standards, we offer facemasks classified into 3 levels. Layers of different fabrics are combined together, adding a number of different features for each type of mask to better meet customers requirements.



A *-layer Meltblown medical mask - Level 3 is comprised of:



1. Outermost layer: Non-woven fabric



2. Bacterial filtration layer: Meltblown



3. Innermost layer: Non-woven fabric

Melt-blown non-woven fabric is a common material for making quality face masks.



The Meltblown is a superfine non-woven fabric made of microfibers and nanofibers in which the melted polymer is extruded through small nozzles surrounded by a high-speed blower in a special process.



Color: White, blue, optional.



Size: Free size.
